Deadlift Ladder at the Gorilla Games. 20 seconds to make 3 lifts at 250-275-300-325-350-375-400-425-450 lbs and then 10 seconds to rest/rotate to next weight level. Made it to 375. This was at 350lbs. I made it to 375 and pulled 3 reps. My 1 RM was 385 a month ago.
