Nothing like a little Tabata! Wrote up a small oly Cycle for the Regional Team as some of them are missing weights that they should be able to make. I’m hoping a little technique work will help. We’ll see what 2.5 weeks of some skill work will for the snatch
8 rounds: 20 seconds of work; 10 seconds of rest. 40 seconds rest between exercises
Score will be the combined score of the lowest rep count for each exercise
The Rows got me good. I was pretty consistent with everything else. But Rowing sucks for me, it’s not a short person exercise.
